Norita maakt werk waarin de positie van vorm en inhoud in de gelaagdheid van het beeld uit de multiculturele erfenis bevochten wordt.
In haar beelden onderzoekt zij de materie om het visueel onzichtbare zichtbaar te maken. Zo zegt zij:

What is the beginning...
Is it the end where the beginning is manifested
Is it the beginning where no end is
The end I saw in its full glory or was it just a dream
I see the sign of a new beginning amongst the horizon or is it an illusion
It is time to create a new world where content and shape embrace each other and become once
It is time to construct a world without borders until church, religion
and spiritualism embrace each other in consensus
Black is not black
White is not colorless
The Gods creating the world said not it was don...
